RT Farms is a family-owned business nestled in the rich Missouri River valley, just outside of Washington, MO. Established in 2025, we've built our reputation on one simple truth: not all topsoil is created equal.

Our topsoil comes straight from the river bottom, some of the most nutrient-dense, naturally-composted earth you'll find anywhere in the Midwest. Generations of flooding and organic deposit have created a product that gardens, lawns, and landscapes absolutely thrive in. When you buy from us, you're getting the real thing, whether you choose our screened pulverized topsoil for a finished look or raw topsoil for grading and fill work.

What started as a way to put our own land to good use has grown into a resource for the whole community. We still treat every yard of soil the way we'd want it treated on our own property: honestly, carefully, and without cutting corners. That approach has carried over into every service we offer since.

Over the years, we've grown into something bigger than a topsoil operation. We understand that land management is a two-way street. Sometimes you need material brought in, and sometimes you need it hauled away.

That's why we also operate a clean fill dump site. Got dirt, concrete, or rock from a construction project or excavation? Bring it here. We accept clean fill and put it to good use, keeping your job site moving and our land productive.

We also provide a convenient drop-off location for yard waste disposal and tree debris, along with a dedicated chipper chip disposal option for tree crews and landscapers who have already run their brush through a chipper. Whether it's after a big storm cleanup, a landscaping overhaul, or just end-of-season yard work, we've got a place for it.

For garden centers, material yards, and contractors taking on large-scale projects, we also offer wholesale topsoil supply. Pricing is built around the volume and frequency of your orders, so whether you need a single bulk delivery or an ongoing account, we can put together something that works for your business.
