RT Farms is a family-owned business nestled in the rich Missouri River valley, just outside of Washington, MO. We've built our reputation on one simple truth: not all topsoil is created equal.

Our topsoil comes straight from the river bottom, some of the most nutrient-dense, naturally-composted earth you'll find anywhere in the Midwest. Generations of flooding and organic deposit have created a product that gardens, lawns, and landscapes absolutely thrive in. When you buy from us, you're getting the real thing.

Over the years, we've grown into something bigger than a topsoil operation. We understand that land management is a two-way street. Sometimes you need material brought in, and sometimes you need it hauled away.

That's why we also operate as a clean fill dump site. Got dirt, concrete, or rock from a construction project or excavation? Bring it here. We accept clean fill and put it to good use, keeping your job site moving and our land productive.

We also provide a convenient drop-off location for yard waste and tree debris. Whether it's after a big storm cleanup, a landscaping overhaul, or just end-of-season yard work, we've got a place for it.
